D. Scott Heselmeyer

Scott Heselmeyer graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Faculty-Student Advisory Committee. Scott grew up in Central Texas with an agriculture background. His small town upbringing and Washington D.C. experience gives him an understanding the needs of small and large businesses alike. Scott attended Texas A&M University where he graduated Cum laude with a degree in agribusiness.
Following graduation from Texas A&M, Scott worked for the Texas Department of Agriculture, where he was a primary liaison to the state's commodity research and promotion boards. Scott deals primarily in small business development and large business general counsel work, civil disputes, litigation, and also assists clients in the areas of real estate law, family law, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, estate planning, and probate.
